Hello Everyone. I thought it would be fun to share something we have accomplished during our time away from school. I finished this quilt top I started 15 years ago. Yes, it was a really long time ago, even before you were born. It is made from a pattern of a quilt made by a woman in 1863. She worked on the quilt during the Civil War. I collected Civil War Reproduction fabrics. (That means the fabric is new, but the designs and prints are what was being made back then.) There are almost 6,000 pieces of fabric in this quilt.
